o raise funds for the Rainbow Room School Supplies Drive, employees are invited to participate in Blue Jean Fridays.

Jean stickers are $5 each Friday or $35 for all eight weeks.
Stickers can be picked up from the cashier, located on the first floor of the Main Pavilion across from the reception desk, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – noon. Accepted forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and check.
Please make checks payable to Houston Methodist Hospital Foundation.
Rules:
- Stickers must be displayed on your clothing next to your badge
- Jeans should NOT be worn unless a sticker has been purchased
- Please wear work-appropriate jeans attire
- Check with your department supervisor before participating
- Srickers are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen
