To celebrate Go Texan Day, you’re invited to participate in our annual chili cook-off. Attire may include boots and neatly pressed jeans (with no tears, fraying or excessive embroidery). Please check with your manager in advance for any restrictions in your area. Download the flyer to post in your unit.

BRAZOS PAVILION CONFERENCE CENTER
Prizes will be awarded for:
- Best Overall Chili
- Best Vegetarian Chili
- Hottest Chili
- Most Creative Table Presentation
Guidelines:
- One 6-foot table will be set up per entry
- Your table will be available to decorate at 8 a.m. on the day of the event and should be completed by 11:15 a.m.
- Blind judging begins at noon. Employees are welcome to place their vote before 1 p.m.
- An electrical outlet, sample cups, spoons and napkins will be provided for each entry
- REMEMBER: Make plenty of chili for others to sample and set some aside for the judges
