The badging process has transitioned from HR to Security Services.
All badging needs will be managed out of the new Badge Office.
Here are the details of the new Badge Office:
- Location: Main Pavilion, M1127 (en route to the Employee Gym, first hallway on the right)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.

- New badge requests
- Replacement badges
- Temporary badges
- Activating/deactivating badges
- Physician badges
- Volunteer badges
- Student/Observer badges
- Contractor badges
