May 14, 2018 Choosing to see things from another’s perspective is a gift we give each other daily. When we learn to talk in terms of what the other person wants, we harness the ability to collaborate and see things from the other person’s perspective as well as our own. This opens up the possibility for better solutions and increased collaboration.
This week, practice looking at a situation from the other person’s perspective before you rush into judging or correcting.
What did you learn from this? Share what you learned with someone and ask them for feedback.
