Monitor techs are the EYES for our patients diligently monitoring every heartbeat.
Monitor Techs are the first to SEE any changes in a patient’s rhythm. HMSL has 26 monitor technicians.
At the end of 2018, 100% of the monitor techs had obtained EKG Certification. Centralized Telemetry (CTM) monitors 175-215 patients, daily.
