We are pleased to announce two new leadership roles at Houston Methodist Neuroscience & Spine Center at Sugar Land.
Dr. Larry Tran has been named medical director, succeeding Dr. Rajesh Bindal, who was instrumental in starting the center and in leading its growth and development through the years. Dr. Bindal will remain a vital part of the Neuroscience & Spine Center team, and we sincerely appreciate his leadership and service.
We are also grateful to Dr. Tran for accepting the role of director. He has already begun reaching out to physicians and staff at the center to hear their ideas and suggestions for enhancements that can improve our ability to serve patients.
In addition, Maureen Lall has been promoted to service line director for the center.
Maureen has been with the hospital since 2010 as clinical coordinator and later manager of the Neuroscience & Spine Center. She recently earned her PhD in nursing science from Texas Women’s University, and currently serves as president of the Houston-Galveston chapter of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses.
We are fortunate to have these two talented and dedicated leaders working together to further the development of our neuroscience service line.
Congratulations to both Dr. Tran and Maureen on their new roles!
