Attention Houston Methodist Sugar Land Heart Heroes,
At Houston Methodist Sugar Land, we are proud to continue supporting the American Heart Association through participate in the 2023 Houston Heart Walk. We would be thrilled for you to be one of our coaches, leading a team this year. If your schedule does not permit for leading a team, feel free to nominate someone from your department.
We know that nothing unites us more than doing good together. Heart disease is the number 1 cause of death in the United States and in the World! Now more than ever, it is vitally important to raise awareness throughout our company and in our community, to help create change and save the lives of those we love.
The Houston Heart Walk is on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 8am located at RICE University Stadium.
As a Heart Walk Coach, you’ll lead a team of co-workers to spread the word and raise money for life saving research. But you don’t have to spend a lot of time to make a difference. AHA’s tools will let you quickly and easily manage your team and reach out to donors. Will you be one of our leaders for this effort? Having you among a select group to contribute as Heart Walk Coaches, we can change lives.
Become a coach:
Many of us are looking for ways to help and aren’t quite sure where to start. As a coach, you’ll get tools to easily recruit, inspire, and rally your co-workers.
Are you in? Please join us for our coaches kickoff rally if you are interested in becoming a coach scheduled for next Monday, August 7th at 3:00pm via Teams.
