At our Town Hall Meetings earlier this year, we introduced 3 main goals/objectives. Over the next few months, we will be focusing hospital-wide communication on each of these three goals by sharing videos and having discussions at department meetings.
Focus by month:
- August: Improving Patient Outcomes
- September: Improving Operating Margin
- October: Improving Employee Engagement
It is important for ALL employees to understand the goals we are working towards and the purpose behind these goals, because we all play a role in the success of accomplishing them.
