Comfort and safety rounds are often called “hourly rounds,” and they are integral to high quality care. This course is focused on sharing practical best practices and behaviors based on newly found research on how we can make rounds effective while enhancing overall patient satisfaction. As a continuum of our service curriculum, we will be rolling out our Comfort and Safety Rounds interactive learning course on Monday, October 31st to all Houston Methodist Nursing and PCAs. If you have been assigned this course, you will receive more information from your department leaders. Please complete the Comfort and Safety Rounds Course (ID#1625005) at your earliest convenience. The deadline to complete the course is January 31, 2023.
