Series: DEI Toolkit Helps Build Stronger Teams
The DEI Toolkit provides resources to help you and your team continue the conversation around diversity, equity and inclusion topics to help cultivate a culture of inclusion across Houston Methodist. Resources include articles and research documents, links to podcasts and Ted Talks, books and publications, a glossary of DEI terms and activities to help build stronger, more cohesive teams which, in turn, can bolster caregiver/patient connections that may contribute to improved patient outcomes.
Throughout July, the DEI Corner will feature links to activities that teams can participate in and are designed to break down barriers in communication and understanding. This week we feature the “Just By Looking at Me” activity.
