The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is proud to announce the launch of the DEI Toolkit.
As we complete the Together We Grow foundational learning experience and prepare for the next training session coming from the office of DEI, Managing Unconscious Bias, this toolkit provides various resources to help you and your team continue the conversation around important DEI topics in an effort to create a culture of inclusion at Houston Methodist.
Resources are classified by topic and will provide you with helpful information, as well as summaries, discussion questions and more, to help you navigate activities. The DEI Toolkit will be continuously updated, so please check back for more resources.
