The “Together We Grow” Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion training will be available to all employees & physicians in the Fall of 2021. Volunteers are being accepted for program facilitators. Facilitators will assist in delivering this training to the employees across the system. Volunteers should be in good standing, dependable, and consistently exhibit I CARE values.
A great facilitator volunteer will:
- Bring energy and optimism to facilitation
- Be personable and develop relationships easily
- Be well organized
- Be self-confident and comfortable speaking to a small group
Time commitment:
- Facilitation will tentatively take place from August 2021- March 2022
- There is no mandatory minimum facilitation requirement.
- Facilitators are encouraged to facilitate 6-8 sessions each
- You will be expected to facilitate each session you sign up for
- Sessions are 90 minutes in length
