The annual Employee Opinion Survey begins Wednesday, Oct. 2, and closes Wednesday, Oct. 23. This survey is our primary tool for measuring employee engagement and perceptions of our success in delivering a safe, ethical, inclusive environment in which our I CARE values are embedded.
This year’s theme is “Feedback for our Future.” In recognition of our centennial, a total of 100 Samsung Galaxy True Earbuds will be awarded through weekly drawings. Take the survey early to increase your chances to win! Employees in entities that reach 85% participation will be eligible to win their choice of a Facebook Portal or Amazon Echo Show.
If we reach at least 85% participation across the Houston Methodist system, one lucky employee will win a grand prize bundle of both innovative prizes – the Samsung Galaxy True Wireless Earbuds and the choice of a Facebook Portal or Amazon Echo Show.
The passcode for the survey will be your employee ID number and year of birth. This will help limit the errors and typos we encountered in prior years.
HMSL is also doing something unique for our employees. Our theme is called “BE THE MVP” and employees will be eligible for prizes throughout the survey. We will also have a mid survey celebration on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Be on the lookout for more information about that closer to the event date.
