I just wanted to point out that none of the items that are mainly sold in the cafe at the Home station cater to the African American Population in the hospital. There are more curry, and asian dishes than needed. Also, when you do make something good the sides never match up with what you are serving.
If you have catfish, please serve mac and cheese or mash potatoes, not rice and steamed veggies.
There are alot of black employees here and we would like to see some better food that reflects EVERYONE in the hospital.
Hospital need to serve better food like we need the salad bar back or more choices like fresh items.
all this cafeteria food its the same menu every week
