All Employees to Complete Annual Employee Health Evaluation Based on Birth Month

Beginning in January, all employees except physicians will receive an annual health evaluation based on their birth month. Employees with January birthdays will begin receiving notifications this month to schedule their evaluations. Physicians will have their evaluations during the flu vaccine campaign in the fall.

The employee health evaluation will ensure you receive all health-related items you need such as TB screening, respiratory fit testing and immunizations. If no health items need to be addressed after the evaluation, you will receive notification both through email and the employee health portal that you are complete. Completing your employee health evaluation is mandatory. If you don’t comply by the last day of your birth month, you will be suspended. Suspended employees will have 14 days to become compliant. If they fail to comply after the 14-day suspension period, they will be terminated.
