Houston Methodist Family Fun Day Returns for 2023

This message was first sent as an email from Marc Boom, MD, President and CEO of Houston Methodist on March 9, 2023:

As you may have seen in my President’s Letter this past month, Houston Methodist is bringing back Family Fun Day. The event will take place from 3:30-9:30 p.m. Saturday, May 6, at NRG Stadium, and we have signed, sealed and delivered a true music legend to perform.  

We are excited to reunite the Houston Methodist family for the first time since the 2019 Family Fun Day event. We’ve been through a lot together, and it’s time to celebrate you and all you do for each other, our patients and the community.   

I wish I could tell you more; it’s just that we’re very superstitious talking about such a wonderful event.  

But don’t worry about a thing, because we’ll have some special entertainment for the kids too. Trust us when we say that your entire family will be overjoyed when they arrive at Family Fun Day on May 6. Mark your calendars now, and plan to be there. Expect an email with the official announcement of the acts and activities later this month.
