NOVEMBER 3, 2022 — At the beginning of the year, we revised our Service Standards along with launching an interactive learning program, HM Service Standards Program, to all Houston Methodist employees to support our organizational priority to enhance patient experience. This curriculum is focused on practical strategies to enhance patient experience, emphasizing patients’ information and communication needs at each touchpoint in their care continuum.
Starting on December 1st, the training will be reassigned with a 30-day deadline for completion to all employees who are incomplete with this training. After the 30-day deadline, employees and their managers will receive weekly “Overdue Learning” emails until it has been completed.

• Login to MARS
• Select the LMS SuccessFactors Tile
• From the Learning Page, look for Service Standards Program under the My Learning Assignments Tile
• Click the View Program button to get started
