Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital is pleased to welcome neurologist Brian Walter, D.O., to Houston Methodist Sugar Land Neurology Associates.
Walter specializes in botulinum toxin therapy, electromyography and nerve conduction studies (EMG/NCV), EEG, epilepsy, stroke, peripheral nerve disorders and headache.
Walter earned his medical degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, plus a Master of Science in Biology from The University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed a neurology residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida, and a neurophysiology fellowship at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in Galveston, Texas.
“I am excited to join the team at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Neurology Associates,” said Walter. “My passion is to deliver high quality patient care to those with neurological disorders by utilizing evidence-based medicine and an individualized approach.”
