SUGAR LAND – (June 12, 2023) — Houston Methodist Primary Care Group is pleased to welcome Dr. Giovanna Figueredo, who is joining the Brooks Street clinic, located at 1201 Brooks St., Suite 100, Sugar Land, TX 77478.
Figueredo is board certified in family medicine, with clinical expertise in acute and chronic condition management, including diabetes, depression and anxiety, and thyroid concerns. She has particular interest in preventive care, weight loss management and women’s health.
“As a primary care physician, I strive to support not only the physical, but also the emotional and social aspects of my patients’ lives as we navigate the path of wellness together,” Figueredo said. “My mission is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care while promoting holistic well-being.”
Figueredo attended medical school and completed her internship in Colombia. She completed her residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Married with three children and “a beautiful dog named Bella,” she enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, reading and going on walks with her family.
