Our annual I CARE Recharge Week will be Monday, March 8 to Friday, March 12.
This year’s I CARE Recharge will focus on celebrating and expressing gratitude for our employees’ outstanding commitment to our I CARE values through the past year. During the week, all employees will receive a daily encouraging email, a specially written I CARE Recharge song and guided meditation from the Center for Performing Arts Medicine, and a commemorative challenge coin.
Spiritual Care will partner with the Center for Performing Arts Medicine and the Provider Engagement and Resilience Task Force for a system-wide virtual time of reflection, “A Light for Our Path: Reflecting on Our Year.” This short video will look back over the past year recalling all we’ve been through, what we’ve learned and how we’ve changed.
We hope that this year’s I CARE Recharge will be a time of refreshment and renewal for us all.
