Nominate a Co-Worker for the I CARE Award

This year, the I CARE Award nomination process is simpler than ever. You can nominate an outstanding co-worker online through the BRAVO platform.

• Log in to MARS.
• Click on the Benefit Details tile.
• Click on Bravo in the left column.
• Submit your password again for security.
• Enter the name of the co-worker you want to nominate.
• Click on the drop-down arrow next to Recognition Type and chose I CARE nomination.

The I CARE Award was created to recognize employees who consistently exemplify our I CARE values and regularly do more than is expected of them in their job. If you nominate someone by the Feb. 15 deadline, the employee will be considered for an I CARE award to be given this spring. If you nominate someone after the deadline, the employee will be considered for an award in 2020.
