As we all seek to be everyday leaders that seek to be well and do good, what is one area where you can strive to be consistent? The synonyms for consistent are reliable, steady, dependable, constant, and unswerving.
Becoming unparalleled requires consistency in our thoughts and actions. Consistency is a choice. Share with your team how you will choose to be more consistent. Thank you for making that choice!
