• Participate in shared decision making and accountability for patient outcomes;
• Have a voice in your practice and the decisions that affect patient care;
• Commit to life-long learning?

The “way” is through shared governance/shared decision making which is an expectation at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital. There are multiple ways you can plug in!
