Stressed and Worried? Free Help is Available

The stress of having so many patients in our hospitals can take a serious toll on your mental health. And last week’s violence and protests at the U.S. Capitol may also be causing you anxiety and fear.  It’s important to take care of yourself during this unprecedented time. Remember the resources that Houston Methodist offers for you.

Download the MyMethodist app for a virtual behavioral health care visit. These visits, along with all behavioral health visits, remain at a $0 copay for 2021.

Our Employee Assistance Program also can provide up to 10 free sessions with a counselor. Go to mylifematters.com and sign in with HM1. You can call LifeMatters at 800.634.6433.

You also can read 5 Ways to Manage Your Anxiety and Fear About Coronavirus in our On Health blog.
