Welcome Cliff Sloan, Project Director

Please welcome Cliff Sloan, project director, to our team. Cliff will work with Houston Methodist Baytown, Clear Lake and Sugar Land campuses to support components of our Performance Excellence implementation, including strategy execution and leadership development.

Cliff has been with Houston Methodist for almost three years, serving as project director for Chief HR Officer Carole Hackett, and during the last seven months as the system’s interim director for the Center for Weight Loss & Bariatric Surgery. Prior to joining Houston Methodist, Cliff was a regional operations manager for DaVita Dialysis. He has worked in health care for 13 years, including medical device manufacturing, home health care and outpatient clinical operations. He earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University. When Cliff is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids.
